Code Violations: Five responses out of 21 clarifications asked
Drawing the attention of all concerned parties to fully comply with the code of conduct throughout the election period, based on the complaints and information received by the Central Code of Conduct Monitoring Committee as per section 26 of the Election Code of Conduct, 2082, the Election Commission has stated that since the implementation of the code of conduct till January 14, 21 clarifications have been asked including political parties, candidates and organizations, and five answers have been received and the remaining answers are pending.
